Order Cancellation Window

We gladly accept order cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing silverpapillion123@gmail.com or using our contact form on the website. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your message.

After 24 Hours

After the initial 24-hour window has passed, your order will begin processing and may already be in production or prepared for shipment. As such, we are unable to accept cancellations beyond this timeframe.

Please note that all orders are processed promptly to ensure timely delivery, and once an item is in production or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Customized or Made-to-Order Items

For custom or made-to-order jewelry, cancellations will only be accepted within the same 24-hour window. Due to the personalized nature of these products, we are unable to cancel or modify custom orders after this period.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is made within the 24-hour window and approved, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
